A "haute couture" cuvée, crafted by Fifi Chachnil in collaboration with our in-house oenologist. The chic motifs robe of this crémant d'Alsace has been designed by French fashion designer Fifi Chachnil.
What does the winemaker think of this wine ?
With a golden crystalline appearance, this crémant d'Alsace brut has a very expressive nose of white flowers, ripe peaches, and pears, with hints of toasted almond and citrus fruits. Its particularly seductive attack leads into a fruity palate, while its roundness is complemented by a lively and refreshing finish.
