Epicurean Diary

This was a long and difficult harvest for the winegrowers and the technical teams. But the grapes were magnificent, healthy, and exceptionally mature. The acidity levels were perfect and the botrytis superb, promising long, mineral, and epicurean wines. A vintage which promises to be very good, possibly achieving excellence. Watch this space!
